Background

Joe Bradford is an entrepreneur and American scholar of Islam, renowned for his expertise in ethical finance advisory. We were tasked with the comprehensive redesign of Joe Bradford’s website, focusing on enhancing user experience, optimizing information architecture, and implementing effective lead generation strategies.


Our understanding of the problem

Our first step was to gain a deep understanding of Joe Bradford’s business, objectives, pain points, and expectations through in-depth discovery sessions.

Then we proceeded to conduct a thorough audit of Joe Bradford’s website, customer relationship management system, and product offerings, we uncovered several opportunities to improve user experience, engagement, and business performance.

Our strategic approach

After presenting the findings to Joe Bradford, we discussed two potential paths:

A. Optimize the Current Website

Address existing issues within the current framework.

B. Complete Redesign

Develop a new website with a fresh look and improved functionality.

The client chose a complete redesign for two main reasons.

The client wanted us to have full creative expression without limitations due to the code and design structure.

He also wanted the sense of a fresh chapter. One of the client’s business goals was to appeal to a more youthful demographic—young people who have started to grow their finances and need mentorship. It made sense, hence, to have a fresh website that aligns with his evolving brand and objectives.

Design and Agile Development

We adopted a collaborative agile approach, involving the client at key milestones throughout the design process to ensure alignment and transparency.

Lead generation enhancement

We integrated an email signup form prominently in the hero section to capture leads effectively. This ensures that the base of his funnel grows infinitely while he focuses on creating valuable content and upselling.

Clear value funnel

We presented services in a structured manner, making it easy for users to understand and engage. Whatever the needs of the client are, they can engage at 3 levels.

Service turned to products

An array of call packages helps Joe serve customers with various needs and provides him with opportunities to deliver value personally and introduce them to his courses


CRM integration

A new website with clear value proposition, funnel, and information architecture paved the way for a successful integration of the forms and bookings with Zoho CRM.

“We were losing significant customer data and could not leverage our substantial customer database to run campaigns because our data was kept by third-party software providers. After working with the team, our core metrics improved across the board without an increase in ad spend or additional campaigns, and now we retain all of our customer data.”
