Who I am

This is the personal website of Anthony Chukwu. If you have any questions about this policy, email iamikanthony@gmail.com.

What I collect

This site has no forms, no analytics and no tracking. If you email me or message me on LinkedIn, I receive your name, your email address or profile, and whatever you send.

Like most websites, the hosting provider (Netlify) keeps short-lived server logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site.

Why I use it

Only to reply to you. This is in my legitimate interests. I will never add you to a mailing list or share your details.

Who else handles it

  • Netlify: hosts this site.
  • Google: email, through Gmail.
  • LinkedIn: if you message me there.

Some of these services store data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or the standard data protection clauses those services provide.

How long I keep it

I delete correspondence when I no longer need it, and within two years at the latest.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of your data, or ask me to correct or delete it. Email me and I will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
